The staff was very helpful and took care of me. The took time to make sure my car was checked out and fixed. Allways Great Service and fair pricing, great personnel
I took my car to AAMCO for a second opinion on my transmission and other repairs a mechanic suggested that would have been over 600 dollars!! AAMCO took the time to find out what the problem was (which ended up being nothing) and then double check to make sure they were reccomending the correct path. AAMCO was honest, thorough, and professional, and saved me 600 dollars! I will be taking my cars to them from now on and highly reccomending them

My own dealership for 10 years tried to tell me I had bad front differential yet I felt I the issues were the bearings. I came in to talk to the manager and get a second opinion. He didn't tell his tech what I suspected. They drove the car, rotated the wheels to see if the noise was tire transfer and then drove the car with me along. Diagnosed it as bearings. Even had a second tech. also diagnose it. I"d checked with Brake Masters ahead of time for the cost on new bearings and these guys came in under that. The car is working perfectly now. I'll take my car back there next time.

Great service and we received a lot of good information on the workings of transmissions.
they were great. saved me about $1500. I was told that i needed to have the transmission rebuilt on my wife's car by another mechanic. So i took it to AAMCO for a second opinion and they did a complete diagnosis, found the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the cost of rebuilding it.
My vehicle had numerous leaks. They diagnosed the problems, explained what had to be done without trying to sell me the sun, moon and stars. The price of the repairs was affordable. I took the car back a week later as they had advised me and the vehicle passed with no further leaks. That is evidence of a job well done!
Really worked with me and explained what needed to be done. Shop is really close to my house. Had the part delivered so it was ready when my car got there. Fast/super friendly service.

I don't live near here anymore, but after a Jiffy Lube near me tried to convince me that a lot of work had to be done to my car, using scare tactics, I knew it was time to drive the 20 miles to AAMCO of Phoenix Northeast. They did what was necessary, didn't rack up unnecessary charges for stuff that wasn't broken and gave me some advice for future service, that didn't have to be done right before Christmas, so I could save my money for presents. I'll be back in January, to the only place I totally trust with my car. The happiest of holidays to everyone at the intersection of Cave Creek and Cactus!
Customer Service was excellent from start to finish, their work was guaranteed and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. We'd specially enjoyed working with Brian England, he was extremely professional, nice and just Awesome!

Excellent customer service, I am very happy with how I was treated. During my service, while waiting around the office for my car to be completed, a man came in to get his car serviced. Since the schedule was full and AAMCO couldn't get to the guy's car until later, the clerk at the desk called another location to see if they could help this guy and also to get directions and price for their service. I have never seen anything like that! That is true loyalty to a customer. I am so impressed and you guys have me as a customer now because you have EARNED MY TRUST. I can only say that about one other place and that was in California. Good job on my car and for being caring people. Thank you.

we had assumed we would need repairs, so you could have taken advantage of us, and instead you told us the Toyota's transmission wasn't acting up and to bring it back later if trouble returned.
Had an appointment, they started on time and completed the oil change in a timely manner.
This wasn't your typical oil change experience. No hassle, no surprises. I was told o allow up to forty-five minutes when I made my appt. and I was in and out in twenty on a Saturday morning!! WOW. And the price was EXACTLY what I was told. Never thought I would write a nice review for an oil change - but there you have it! Highly recommend this location and employees. . .

Friendly service at a fair price. I had my tranny rebuild about two weeks ago, so it's too early to tell how well they did, but it feels good so far.
I came into the Cave Creek shop after calling around and finding that I wasn't able to schedule an appointment anywhere else until 2 days later. I was very pleased that Scott, the shop manager, was able to accommodate me for an oil change even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and after 4pm. Thanks for the service!

Scott is the owner. He is very friendly and is trustworthy. While waiting for my truck during the tranny oil change, I noticed all the certificates on the wall attesting to the various training by his staff. Very impressive. I almost took my truck back for another issue but I fixed it.
Unfortunately the cost of my car's major issue is beyond the value of the car, but the guys there were so nice to tell me this, instead of gouging me on all the possible repairs we could have done to fix it. They could have tried to get a lot money out of me by fixing every little thing. Instead, they just told me to drive it and not to waste the money. This shows me they're more interested in helping than in scraping in every dime possible. I trust them, and will gladly come to them when I have another issue worth fixing. Thanks guys!!

I was highly impressed with the service. Cory was clear with the quote a week before the service and the price came out exactly as promised. Arriving on a friday morning, it was slim that they could do the new clutch in one day considering their work load. I had an important kayak camping trip that weekend to go on and didnt want the truck stuck at the boat launch. Cory heard my situation and kept the tech on the job to get the truck ready by the end of the day. The camping trip was awesome, pulled out of the steep boat launch with a full load in the back with no problem. Good work guys.
I have already recommended several friends to your shop. My first introduction to the shop was back in March of 2011, I went into the shop thinking my transmission was ready to fall out. I was wrong Steve the owner said there was nothing wrong with my transmission and if I had concerns at anytime, just bring it in and they would take a look. The 2nd experience I went in again having been told by another company I needed, brakes, which I did, shocks which I didn't tune-up, which I didn't and a plethora of other incidentals. So when Coury called me from the shop and told me all I needed was brakes I was more than pleased. I asked him if he was sure everything else was fine he replied "Yes and why do you think you need to spend money when you don't". As a woman I've had more than my share of Mechanic's that think I'm gullible, which I am. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

This auto shop is the place to go for anything car related. Of course, I went there because of my transmission problems, but they can fix just about anything car related. From the moment I called the owner answered the phone very professionally and friendly. He set up an appointment the same day to have my van checked out. I arrived for my appointment and his crew went straight to work. Within 30 minutes they knew what was going on with my van that other shops couldn't figure out. The owner did all he could to give me the best pricing for the repairs without compromising the quality of work needed to make sure the repairs were done right. That says a lot when a mechanic doesn't compromise quality of the repairs just to get a sale.
I am really grateful to have found a place that does car repairs that is honest, offers quick service and doesn't gouge me. I have limited time to leave my car anywhere, so when they say they can finish the car that afternoon, I am amazed. Scott also recognizes that I don t have unlimited funds, so he recommends the best priced option for my vehicle. One more thing: a new sign says they offer financing, so I know that if something catastrophic happened to my car, they would help me out, so I can get back on the road to work and future paychecks!
After looking at other auto shops in the valley, I was pleased when I found out that this AAMCO did full auto care. Staff is outgoing and friendly, great service since I first called to make the appointment, and even better service as I walked in the door. We have taken our GMC vehicles to AAMCO for the past several years. We have heard horror stories about car repairs that were unnecessary or done poorly and were afraid that when it was our turn to have work done, it would be a nightmare for us as well. That was a misconception on our part. Each time we have had service done, it was done right and done well. We appreciate the extra customer service at AAMCO and recommend them to our friends in need of a fair and honest car repair. We wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else.

I was in need of an oil change on the day before a holiday, and I was unable to get an appointment anywhere! I called the AAMCO on Cave Creek Road, and Scott was able to squeeze me in just before they closed for the day. Not only was the customer service awesome, but they also were able to fix an oil leak that they noticed for no additional charge. It's things like this that make a mechanic trustworthy, and makes me more at ease when I have bigger repair jobs that are needed. Thanks to the team at AAMCO on Cave Creek & T-Bird. Ran into this shop by coincidence, driving down the road, Tacoma started making some screeching noise. Looked around and seen the shop, the whole team accepted the new auto repair challenge with confidence. It ended up being the front brakes and rotors that needed help, with our warning. The shop took care of the problem with a fair and honest price, but was able to get the job done sooner than i expected. They seem to be a busy shop and I do plan on scheduling future service with them to avoid this type of unexpected repairs. Thanks to the whole team that worked on my truck that day. Very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I initially thought that I would need transmission work done, however the mechanic ruled that it was something else so I appreciated their honesty regarding the situation and letting me know about the actual work that needed to be done. It turned out better than I thought.
We've had several of our vehicles serviced here in the past year and every time they've done an outstanding job. Services were transmission fluid and filter replacement and ac blower motor.
